If Freddy Scott was just a do nothing jailer, that would be one thing, but he would sit in the XO's office, the big ugly transgender one (Cummings) every day making suggestions to get deputies to do more work. well they take 45 minute lunches he would tell her/him, while he takes three hours with his wife, who he supervises. more work for real deputies, less for him and wife! his wife works master control and rats out everybody to him, while he sits 10 feet away in his office talking to his girlfriend on the phone! Hence the tittle POOR STUPID KELLY! we all laugh at you!
