To frame it like he, or she, did, is just plain stupid; but then again, that’s the standard around here - S T U P I D!
This low standard has been set, repeatedly and convincingly, by our incompetent command staff and others in supervision, like two particular lieutenants, who preach and claim to be bible carrying do-goodies. These are just two examples, but rest assured, there are others.
To clarify, school threats and active shooter situations, present two of the most pressing issues facing law enforcement and, without question, drive the conversation in our specific arena, which focuses, or should focus, exclusively on school safety.
Immigration, transparency, recruitment & hiring, and police use-of-force (brutality) are also big picture challenges, nationally, for our profession and law enforcement executives, but we shouldn’t expect our junior-varsity administrators to know, understand and/or grasp this, much less have the ability, or skill-set, to be able to speak to, or address, these issues, with the exception of our chief and perhaps one major and one commander.
Chief must sit there and painfully agonize over what a pathetic group of imbeciles he has on his team. Command staff meetings must be painful to sit through, with such a high concentration of boneheads amassed in one room.
We can sit around and try to play nice and spin this in a positive light, but let’s be honest, it’s pretty obvious that some turds 💩 have floated to the top of a toilet 🚽 around here.
*Note: If you’re one of the lazy idiots, who’s been able to scam the system and make it into DROP, please stop talking about it in front of others and just work on doing your job. We don’t want to hear about how many more months you have left.

Those two are something else. One, a hypocritical two-faced liar, whose been a serpent their entire career, but hides and pretends to be a spiritual and holy person.
The other, judgy and always opinionated, whose had a storied history of allegedly being, dare we say, a bit “libertine.”
Agree, there are others, though, who are equally, if not more, useless and harmful to this place, than those pieces of trash.

What about our pathetic Majors? That’s not exactly our strongest rank, nor is it a beacon or model of police leadership.
There’s one whose priorities are: a) submitting a monthly leave slip to avoid “use it or lose it” vacation days; b) shopping online; c) planning vacations and getaways; d) balancing checkbook; and e) lunch.
Lazy and disconnected. Contributes little to nothing. Ask them about an active incident, investigation, policy, industry standard or police event and all you get is a stupid, empty, duh look. No leadership abilities. An absolute disgrace and incompetent waste of a position, salary and benefits, for their entire career. Yep, that meets the minimum requirement for Major around here.

Sorry excuse for a cop their entire career. Lazy, incompetent and nasty, hidden behind a fake act. Now, as an administrator, multiply that ten-fold.
What a costly waste to this place.
