Scott Israel continues to spiral downward

Great tactic by the Governor’s office. New witnesses and evidence will be produced in the senate hearings. Which they held back in the beginning phase of the removal process. Scott’s arrogance will have played a roll in his own destruction. Maybe, just maybe Israel will see the light and get out of Dodge. Something tells me he’s still to stupid.

Fake news. Only public comment will be allowed. No more testimony.

    Not True!

“DeSantis recognizes the special master has a report, but he also believes that his folks will be able to highlight what they view as shortcomings in the report”.

“ Goodlette will present his report to the Rules Committee. Also, lawyers for DeSantis and Israel will be able to comment, and the public will be allowed to speak at the hearing”.

Galvano, however, cautioned that the hearing is not an opportunity to re-litigate Israel’s suspension.

“We’re not going to have another evidentiary hearing in committee. But both parties, and the special master made this very clear, both parties have a continuing opportunity to make submissions and a presentation at the Rules Committee”.

This is why Israel is toast. Do you hear what you sound like. Only public comment? 17 people, 14 students slaughtered? But Israel will be fine because only the public can make comments. It wasn’t that bad. I think many of us are tired of being lost for words anymore over this. You Israel flunkies are pathetic people, and don’t deserve to be anywhere near that PSB.

Grassley: Broward County Sheriff ‘Let The American People Down’ By Refusing To Testify

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley took a direct shot at Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel during his opening remarks at a hearing on the Parkland shooting Wednesday.

After reading off the list of witnesses, Grassley noted that “the committee also invited Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel to testify.”

“He declined,” Grassley flatly continued. “I’ve seen that sheriff all over television discussing the shooting, so it’s disappointing that he has refused to speak to the country through his testimony before this committee.”

The Iowa Republican also noted that “Michael Carroll, Secretary of Florida’s Department of School and Families was also invited,” but declined to testify.

“His department investigated and interviewed the shooter before the attack and then appears to have dropped the ball,” Grassley added. “He, too, has refused to appear even though Governor Scott didn’t oppose his attendance.”

“By thumbing their noses at Congress, Sheriff Israel and Secretary Carroll have let the American people down and also the citizens of Florida that they serve.”

DeSantis's counsel gets 20 minutes to comment then Isreael's attorney gets 20 minutes for comment. No new evidence and/or testimony is allowed. Public comments allowed after lunch with each speaker limited to 3 minutes. Rules Commitee votes and the recommedation of the Committee is then sent to the Senate for a full floor vote on Wednesday at 2:00pm for what should be radification.

First of all he should never been suspended but that will shed a better light to BSO going forward. It showed who is who and BSO will now be replaced with BSZo personal who deserved to be promoted. Still some unwanted people but Rome was not built overnight. Lots of adjustments need to be done.
More to come and those of you who don’t need to be where you are will be adjusted elsewhere. You know who you are.
