    Can anyone AT ALL tell me when was the last time the city recognized and ACTUAL patrol officer for employee of the month!?!??

    Why is it that month after month after month after month its always REFERRED FOR NEXT MONTH, and when the do recognize some its anyone BUT a patrol officer. No offese against them, but your officer of the year is a guy who hasnt done a day in patrol, is not an officer(because he hasnt been in the road) much less a detective(because he hasnt done/worked/closed a case. The other half of employees of the month are support services, QUARTER MASTER, SPECIAL EVENTS COORDINATOR, DUCK DETAIL GRANDMASTER AND OUR VERY OWN, PIO whos hasnt seen police work in over 2 - 3 years, and whos projected to see LESS police work from his cozy office, which happens to be under the desk of every gold badge in the back office(if you know what I mean). Those are the officer of the month. Great morale boost.

    IN MONTHS, I COULD EVEN SAY A YEAR OR MORE, THE PATROLMEN HAVE NOT SEEN THAT AWARD. No wonder morale is down.

    Also, why do we have PATROLMEN stil is rust buckets (CROWN VIC) but yet we have department heads(NOT POLICE) driving around in black POLICE EXPLORERS!?!?!?! CAN ANYONE ANSWER THAT???
    @MDPD-PCB @COMMISSIONERS!?!?!?!

    RANT OVER.
    Freaking haters! You wish to be the cop that JP is. The command staff needs to clean house with all of you zeros that can’t get hired by any other department.

    Including the command staff itself jackass! Carmona at his best in his long pitiful and pathetic excuse of a career was a detective in City of Miami PD. Diaz the highest his albino piece of shit ass made it to was a regular patrol officer in City of Miami PD who was forced to resign - a common trait among family members - due breaking the law and pulling a gun out during a domestic violence incident in downtown miami's bayside. Then you have good ol' archie a two-time arrested criminal now working for the same police department that arrested him including out front of La Covacha. The entire damn command staff is incompetent, corrupt, illiterate and evil.

    Nowindays to survive in a police dept, you have to work in one of two capacitys:

    Federal or state investigative agency such as FBI, ICE, ATF, USMS or FDLE or even state insurance fraud. Why because you’re not exposing yourself to quotas and dealing with the bs that patrol officers deal with, from the 43’s from the “justice” system and from your own leadership.

    Or work in a community oriented policing unit where you get to kiss as* to the brass who is compelled to get on their knees for the mayor and commissioners. In this unit your stats are how many community events you attend a month, how many citizen contacts aka guaperia selfies with citizens and how many friends you make that later become conflict of interest.

    Patrol officers aka the grunts who work shift schedules (weekend and holidays away from their families) answer calls for service from people who later regret calling the police and turn into their enemies because they’re too ignorant to understand that calling 911 doesn’t make you a victim. These grunts are no longer appreciated.

    Papo. Si no te gusta aquí vete elsewhere. Oh, my bad! You can’t go nowhere else. So guess what, shut up or leave your little fairy. Ya! Paren con la mariconeria por Dios. Son todos unas puticas. No tiene los cojones para decírselos a las cara de ellos. No son hombres.
