PLEA has affiliated with IUPA that portion of your statement is true. As far as Rivera being associated with IUPA that's a big fat lie! Rivera is the Treasurer for the Florida PBA not IUPA. Need proof??? Click the link below and see for yourself.

Anything is better than the PBA. The PBA’s plan is kiss cop haters back side and maybe he'll give us a raise. That's an real incentive!!! This is a guy who needs to be called out and PLEA is the one to do it. PBA is afraid of the guy.
While PBA invoked a re-opener clause we have zippo. And what's the PBA doing about it-zippo.
I'm tired of the PBA caring more about the lavish lunches and trips that dues paying members pay for than caring about the very people that provide them with those free.lunches and free vacations.
And, that's why I stand with Ms Soto. Change is needed.
