Dear Mayor Labrum

Is this the same chief of police who let his officers drink beers on duty during a hurricane? He allows them to cover the cameras with Dixie cups?
Is he the same chief of Police of Miami Beach Police who allowed his officers to beat up gay men without repercussions? Is he the same chief of Miami Beach Police who let officers shoot 132 times at a slow moving vehicle during memorial day weekend? Is he the chief of police who allowed his officers to drink and party with bachelorettes while giving rides on ATV's?
Now he allows them to raid apartments with ar15's, only because they are a black family?
Ms Mayor how much more embarrassment will you subject us too?

First thing first, it is Mr. Mayor Latham. Not Labrum.
Now the next important thing you dont understand. We dont care what you think. We hired the greatest chief of police in the country of America. We will spend as much money as we want. No limits, the city blogger and his fb fake doctor friend are on our side. I could hire 20 more unnecessary people in city staff without objections. It is free money people. Spendapolosa. Did I mention we also have a sissy and basket case with us. We are untouchable. So cry for the black family if you like, what is it another 100k. Who cares!
