Dude,the days of being diverse across the board are pretty much over. It's one or the other now, under Fred Taylor his command staff was very diverse whether it was Alvarez,Brady,Heller,Jimmy Brown,Oramas, and so forth..Same goes for Alvarez staff. My BLE class at MDCC 26 years ago was diverse across the board, can't say the same as for today by looking at the classes graduating.i have heard stories from white males applying with college and military background and don't hear a peep.Welcome to 2019/20 baby!
