When Porter wins what will he think about us in the Dept being that the PBA helped Shiver and is now helping Losner. Let’s hope he doesn’t take it out on us.
We need to be able to have greater say in who the PBA helps or endorses. It affects us so to let people that have no stake in this process to decide for us doesn’t make sense. That needs changing

JP is well aware that the PBA was doing SS a favor by ignoring its members wishes (an endorsement for the mayoral race in Homestead) The PBA knew that the vast majority of HPD personnel are behind JP and the current council that is why they decided on their own not to endorse anyone. You know —— just ignoring their members. That has become the norm from the PBA Sad but true. I think it’s safe to say that their is a better relationship with the city official and ourselves then the PBA and ourselves.

JP has always taken time to speak to us, with us and for us (as well as the current council and the city manager) Let’s get JP in and keep LR. Sometime on the near future we need to start looking at another Union to “represent” us. And not themselves only

We can definitely do much better for ourselves than relying on a weak PBA.

New officer but so far disappointed with PBA. I’ve been here almost 5 years and have yet to see or meet anyone from PBA

Say what you will. But it’s the truth.

Ha, Rolle begged the PBA to endorse Porter, Roth and Maytan. It has nothing to do with Shiver.

    Nice propaganda though.

Losner, Fletcher, and Rea all day.

PBA has no backbone and thus no endorsement. They should send us a survey and majority rules.

Your lost. Trust me Porter has the support of probably 95% of our department. The other 5% drank the cool aide that the others sold them (you know thinking they are going to get something in return). BR is only concerned about himself. SL is the same. SF is good people. It’s a shame he gets associated with the others
