The parakeet is on to bigger and better things like destroying the morale at marine patrol and aviation by placing his incompetent Sgt friend at divers and his own picks at aviation. His BFF (the breakfast club) is at motors so he doesn’t mess with them. He’s threatened the marine patrol Lt with a transfer so he’s mum about the whole thing, including not having to pass the swim test to go to boat school and providing private swim classes for the Sgt to pass. The same Sgt that was suspended and almost lost his stripes at Narcotics. Parakeet, this is not the HPOA where you did things PMC! This is all going to haunt you at some point!
