    Pre-FTO Training

Any insight into how intense the training before FTO is? How long it lasts, PT heavy, etc?

You must be able to pick up a large bag of Popeye's from the drive thru window while texting and lighting a Black N Mild.

It’s extremely PT difficult. Are you able to speed walk 100 yards to the hungry baba and eat a pack of slim Jim’s and doritos in less a minute? If so you should be fine.

the above post has a really solid point about why this type of pt is so important here.

you gotta be able to stuff big macs, Donuts, Tacos, or in some extreme situations...Po'folks meals down your throat in between calls...due to high call volumes on patrol shifts. Most of our leaders can do this, and have the shape to show for it.

That's why we pride ourselves on being so PT "Heavy" here.
