    Where was the place? The trial he never got? The IA he was certainly not considered in? The decision to post his mug shot? Where was that special place he was going to get to set the record straight? If Gallardo was able to use his job to falsely arrest him, then why shouldn't Gelin be able to use his job to square up the wrong done by Gallardo?
