Recent articles gives us another inside peek of the shady life of Steve Shiver. He claims he bécame a rat to combat corruption. However, anyone who knows better knows either Shiver was unable to steal enough or he was tipped off of a bribe Investigation on himself.
He tries unsuccessfully to act like a good guy but he is anything but a good guy. In fact, while Shiver was running the PBA, because Stead has no idea of what he was doing, shiver made decisions on cops Carter’s and if that weren’t offensive enough, was doing 8 balls everyday. He went to work high on Coke. Snorting in the bathroom and hitting it hard at home where he also chased it with his favorite drink-vodka.

Why and how did Shiver get back in our lives? We all thought we were finally rid of the slime bucket.

PBA ignored their Homestead Officers who wanted to see an endorsement. PBA refused to endorse anyone on members behalf as they knew it would not be the one they wanted. WOW. Why would the PBA hand-out endorsements too candidates who are NOT & never been officers?
meanwhile 2 other candidates running in that same elections had been officers for over 25+ yrs. A police chief going against two officers. How low can a man get? HPD and COH are doing everythin in their power (plus with outside develeper money at that) to keep those officers from getting elected. You know why? your chief will be out of a fkn job and city mgr too. Trust me when I tell you that if HPD/COH's 3 stooges gets in, the corruption will never stop.
Look at that guy maytan. who chief wanted PBA to endorse. he was the COH Parks & Rec Dir until 8/25 the day he retired and then the next damn day on 8/26 he files to run for office????? plus he's being funded (bought) by the same develeper who bought everyone else in office and everyone in COH.

Just because some of the candidates are former police officers does not mean they would make good councilmen or politicians. So that comment is ridiculous. Your tantrums are getting old. The above posts are based on hate and emotions, not facts. Your comments are vague which shows weakness. Post facts, evidence, and your alleged sources (so everyone can get it from the horses mouth) . That won’t happen though, because this negativity and accusations are all blown up gossip and rumors.
