By "they" you must mean the command staff; from the major all the way up to the director. Right?

I would be more impressed if they came out when we needed them. They need to be more careful about their operational need. I can see quite an argument for breaking up the full time teams to districts where the training is more useful on a daily basis and using them as on call for team needs. The days of group work outs and cafecito where they get to pick up their next wife should be numbered.
