Officer did well but next time 39 her she was obviously attacking you putting you in danger. But you can claim you were ensuring no others jumped in to protect your partner.

This is so pathetic. Someone hits you and no arrest were made?! You police are scared of your own shadows.

This is a clearer example of a battery; possibly a felony battery, as the female subject used her high heel shoe as a weapon than Mario Figueroa's fraudulent assault case. A night at DCJ would have taught this aggressive "chunga" that you cannot hit a police officer and get away with it. She will probably do it again; we hope the officers that engage her then will use all the force necessary to affect her arrest. We are in the Service and Protection business; not into getting battered by a violent b-atch.

Miami PD, the officers on scene should be investigated by IA for not taking any enforcement action on a felony against a LEO. This just makes things more difficult for other officers trying to do their jobs. The Miami Dade State Attorney should bring charges against the violators. This is embarrassing for all, especially the Miami PD.
