Leavens was recently speaking to a small group, he couldn’t help himself by stating he wants to change up all the specialty units. He wants to completely revamp how District CID Units and MCU are currently running, which in his eyes will lower crime. “District Detectives must work nights to be successful”. If you haven’t met Leavens and have the chance to do so, be ready to hear how great of a Detective he was 20 years ago. He might want to research that the crime rate is down because of these great Detectives and Deputies. He continued on by trashing ECU, SVU, Homicide, Robbery and even VOICE. Every campaign another crazy raises their head and gets embarrassed. You truly are an idiot for disrespecting current employees throughout LCSO.
