It isn't looking good for us here, I am guessing. You are going to get the basic 1.5% the State gives to the State workers every year with no contract, like the custodians. That will be spaced out over the next three years. Or they will offer a weak cash bonus that is not reoccurring on your retirement. Sad for us new guys here.

He got the 15% pay raise given out, on top of his nice retirement salary. Why would he fight for us in the PBA or even be a Rep for us against the Dept. in a legitimate PBA complaint?
We are screwed. I"m not going to do it, I plan on leaving as soon as this silly contract I signed is over. Please someone step up and do something good to represent us without any ulterior motives.
