Thank you John Rivera for your bits and pieces. First of all Fat John lost NBV to fop under his watch many years ago. NBV filled out interest cards to vote for a new union. Perc did the election. NBV voted 13-11 to keep the fop. It is a divided department.
So let’s use the word overwhelmingly in the right sentence.
