Most mass shootings are occurring in the minority communities. Depending on who's definition you use:

• 4 people shot during a singular incident or
  4 people killed in a singular incident.

It doesn't change it. The national news spins these mass shooting incidents. The mainstream media spins the crime stats in minority neighborhoods which, by the way, are black-on-black. It is so prevalent that the media doesn't even consider it significant.
