They respond to "thank you" with "no problem," instead of "you're welcome." Some of this is just rudeness and some of it is from the Hispanic influence of "de nada". Either way, 'you're welcome" is the only response that is polite.

SFlo have a WEAK handshake; which to a North-easterner is the sign of weak character

A "good morning" in the northeast is expected to be met with an equally sincere "good morning" NOT a mumble.
