I'm not prejudiced against any race. I hate everyone equally.

Intelligence is a factor but an even bigger factor is overall cultural of the different races. The two biggest disadvantages I see for African's (in every continent) is the culture of "self" over "self nation" and the inability to recognize ones flaws so the flaws can be corrected. Most other cultures will band together (even if they are hated enemies) to fight for a common cause or to achieve a common goal. This is missing in the Black culture. Whether you are talking about it on the micro level (among individuals, families or small communities) or the macro level (cities, countries).
The other flaw is self explanatory. The inability to recognize ones flaws will hold back any human being. This is another cultural phenomenon more prevalent among blacks then any other culture. So these huge cultural disadvantages in combination with lower intelligence is why blacks are always significantly behind other races no matter which country they occupy. In my opinion the cultural attitudes are a bigger hurdle then the lower IQ in terms of whats keeping blacks from advancing as a group. This lack of advancement is very clear when you study history. Here are a few examples:
-Even though Africa is the oldest continent with blacks having a significant "head start" in terms of time to accumulate power; they are the only race that has never had a country that became a world super power. Every other race on the planet has achieved that title at one point or another in history.
-Many like to justify the lack of development of modern black countries in Africa by stating that the colonial powers deliberately destabilized these countries in order to impede their growth. While this is a fact; it ignores the fact that other countries that were left destabilized by the colonial powers recovered much quicker then any formerly occupied country in Africa. The best example of this is India. They were literally in the same circumstance as the African countries occupied by the European powers. Yet, they are light years ahead of all the formerly occupied African nations.
Also, there have been countries that were in worse condition then just an occupation that recovered at breathtaking speed. Look at Germany and Japan. Putting aside the evil they committed; the state they were left in after WWII is far worse then anything the African colonial countries went through. Yet, both have bounced back and are now among the best countries in the world.
Until blacks look towards themselves to correct their flaws that are keeping them from advancing; it will never get better for them. And I really hope it happens soon. I personally believe that every human being on this planet no matter the race deserves a good life. So hopefully African Americans in the US stop this "victim mentality" and adopt a "go getter" mentality so they can occupy influential/powerful positions in the US without someone whispering that "they only got there because of affirmative action or their race."

This "mainstream media" article is posted to prove your point. At this public school for "gifted" (smart) kids, only 1% are black, so the entire system is being accused of racism:

This is a very good post. Once in my life, I had the position of being a black female police chief's do-boy - I don't know what else to call it. Anyway, she had a PhD in something (I forget,) was a police chief, and had a husband that made lots of money. One day she had me drive meet her at European car dealership. I sat there for hours while she picked out and bought an expensive car. Then she told me to drive her take home car to her house. The radio was on a black talk show and I continued to listen. The host and almost every caller went on and on about how they are oppressed, victimized, and generally mistreated. It dawned on me what kind of stuff she kept listening to. She was always good to me, and had no worse faults than any of the other chiefs. But, I did notice that even when at the top they still carried that oppressed and victimized attitude which they reinforce with each other. I thought of this when I saw "victim mentality" written in your post above. I concur with your well written arguments above. I'm not detracting from her achievements, but I did get tired of her expressed victim attitude from time to time. If she was a victim then I would have liked to have been one too. PS - I had to have and officer pick me up at her house and drive me back to the dealership to get my car. Everything on department time. I thought I was beyond all that - so much for thinking!!!

The 5th floor had better watch how they speak to me. With any hint of "you people" or ghetto jive talk that I don't understand and the normal black racism, I will sue the crap out of BSO just like Al Pollock did and Elgin Jones did FLPD.

I said what I meant "you white people" so what's wrong with that? Are you ashamed to be white? Don't change the subject, you and the rest of you white people, with all your white privilege, owe us reparations for all that you stold from us blacks. Either pay it or we will take it in are own ways. I glad that sheriff Tony elected, a Black M. Live with it.
