Question for my black leo friends: if you have teenagers, and love them, do you tell them not to drive through the white areas on Friday night? Do you tell them to not drive through certain black areas on Friday night? Why? Are you prejudiced, racist, or what? Yes, racism is most definitely alive and well at BSO, as well as throughout the United States, but conversely, it's a two-way street. There is black racism as well as white racism. There are blacks who are racists against whites -- and there are whites who are racists against blacks. Racism is too often construed as only being carried out by white people, but there are black people who are equally hateful. Hell is filled with hateful people of all races.

Uhh.. consider looking up the definition of "racism." What you are describing defines prejudice, not racism. A minority group cannot be "racist" because it does not hold the majority of power. However, it seems that soon, BSO may be an exception....

The definition and use of the term "racist" has evolved:

1. Being labeled as a "racist" used to be as strong as the N word.

2. The proper use of the word "racist" was tossed when it became common to use it to smear the reputation of anyone who disagreed with the Democratic Party.

I just graduated the Police academy and I am white (not many of us in the class). The other let’s call them colored were so stupid the they couldn’t pass any of the exams w/o the help of the advisor’s. It was a well known secret that they would pass at no expense if you know what I mean.
