Most mass shootings are occuring in the minority communities. Depending on who's definition you use.......four people shot during a singular incident, or four people killed in a singular incident, doesnt change it. Doesnt get the national news headlines and spin that these other mass incidents get. Like most of the crime in the minority neighborhoods, which by the way are on each other, it is so prevalent that the media doesnt even consider it significant
