This is broken record. Nothing will be done and it will be business as usual. If they want something done. Then promote better leadership! Stop playing this record please.
This is simple task, if they had good management in place. Go the the Florida's House, Senate, and Governor. Tell them to either properly fund the agency or disband it. Your leadership like their high price jobs for only 3 to 5 more years. Then its the next deputy director and colonel's problem.
As of right know this department is run by Jacksonville cronyism and analyst.

Talk about playing the same record. Leadership sucks and no one knows what their doing. We’re gonna do this and we’re watching that does not frighten anyone. I have been hearing that same crap for 24+ years. The next Colonel will have his cronyism, and so on, and so on. The only thing you can control is you. When you understand that, you may make your situation better.

FHP is always hiring and training new rooks. FHP always has a bunch of crashes holding and a huge shortage on the road. Same old problem, same old approach to that problem, and the same old results.
