    Why

No benefit anymore because they messed it up. We were getting triple pay or what ever it was for being away from our families and our sacrifice yet the department's drunks lost that for us when the commission saw the paychecks for those partying it up. So we all pay there. The plus side is we can all just show up if you want (light duty or not) to collect and get hammered. I'M IN!

It's about that time to party on duty. Money to make, coronas to drink. This can happen we have the right chief the right city manager and the right mayor to allow it. McDrunky will be allowed to come in to cover the cameras. Hora de mostrarle a la gente que la policía es la jefa.

    Old jimmy

Ya the McCreepster just waltzes in when he wants and goes home when he wants and it’s all tolerated. Noriega is just as bad for allowing this waste of cash to continue. Probably one of the worst chiefs ever to work here because he endorses decisiveness and rewards his do nothing cronies.

So Chiefton was seen downtown on a 12 with a MPD major by 175 DVC.
Looks like MPD needs a new Chief.
Maybe he can take his entourage with him.

    And the negligent hiring continues

Seems the intro we saw on zoom as residents was missing some information about our one in a million hire. Hearing some of the officers talking I did some looking and it was as simple as a google search.

    https://www.local10.com/news/2019/02...f-fatal-crash/

Its scary and a disgrace seeing what's being done to our police. So few good officers left and the ones remaining are having to deal with what's been brought in. We have Rollason to thank for this destruction. Good officers retiring before they wanted, others getting in trouble or demoted for not playing along with the corruption, others looking at leaving. Instead of having a clue that the department is divided and try to fix and unite, we further divide and force out. November we have to take a hard look at what this commission is keeping hidden and the backdoor deals taking place. This damage can still be somewhat reversed but the scars are going to be there. I back the blue, but the blue that is not smeared and holds that line straight, not crooked and dirty. All of you please remain safe and know that some of us still support the good guys even though there's few of you left. May the Lord protect you and keep you safe.

    Negligent Hire

I’m sure his background was not properly done with due diligence. If so the liability will ALWAYS be there on the Village. Can only blame the Chief on this for allowing it and not disclose it to the Manager.
