That’s a good point. The guy was fired in June of 2018 for reasons other than misusing his computer
So in June of 2018 he’s gone, terminated, fired, out the door, no longer a city employee.

For some reason in July of 2018, the month AFTER the guy is fired the legal advisor and Carollo decide to hire an outside computer expert and pay him $35,000 to look into the fired guys computer.
What’s up with that????

I guess they didn’t find anything inappropriate otherwise they probably would have asked him to come back so they could fire him again. $35,000 ?????? City money well spent???
