How about Officer Hodges. Straight forward, true cop and not afraid to speak up. He also has a great family and is from a law enforcement family.

    Nightmares on MDPD STREET

The next sheriff will be the best funded candidate. Good cop doesn’t matter, family don’t matter. Who you like don’t matter. Hate to break it to you but the only one that matters is the dollar. It will be a Democrat or worse, an independent that cows to the loudest voice. Welcome to your reality.

Iggy Vazquez ran his race; kept his faith with our calling and now waits to enter our Father's House Justified while training at the Training Bureau. His son, however, could be a formidable candidate. The question is whether Jr. would cede his current duties as Assistant U.S. Attorney, Deputy Chief managing and prosecuting violent crimes, to pursue a political office.

Joe Martinez should rank as best candidate, as he brings the operational and political experiences needed to navigate the turbulent waters that is Dade County politics.

Nick Navarro for sure, with The 2 Live Crew performing "as nasty as they wanna be" at the ceremony. A caveat would be Oramas supervising the Valet guys.

Joe Martinez hands down! Someone said Officer Hodges above, yeah right that’s a joke. Better specify which one because that’s a scary thought. Joe Martinez is for his troops! He is what MDPD needs right now.

Unless Jesus Christ makes another appearance and commands a “Lazarus, come forth” miracle, Nick Navarro will be a no show. You are not well informed, as this Law Enforcement leader died on September 28, 2011.
