The delivery boy in Boca who murdered the 75 year old grandmother was a product of a pre-DIVERSION PROGRAM. So when you talk about "our children' being safe; no child is safe, no citizens are safe and no police are safe as long as programs such as PROMISE and other diversion programs continue to be in effect. Cops are being doused with water and have no recourse. One doesn't need to be medicated to see where your campaign wants to go. You want the funding to share among yourselves, on the backs of juveniles, who never had a chance due to bad parenting and the evil of politicians.
Your "programs" mold juveniles into adult criminals who fill state prisons while a few local pastors driving Mercedes, living in safe communities like Pembroke Pines, scare the parishioners into compliance. It's no doubt that the Sheriff of Broward County voters want Scott Israel back. On 2020 the lines will begin and the votes will be in favor of Sheriff Israel. Majority of votes will be
