You’re definitely a bigger scumbag than Joel! So, your opinion doesn’t mean squat chump! It’s always the bigger deadbeats that always have something cheap to say on this forum! You talking about integrity is the pot calling the kettle black! I’m sure you’re going to be as knowledgeable as Jenkins cleaning in Chitty’s clock! So, piss off you loser!

Jenkins wouldn’t have gotten fired and took a low settlement if he did his job properly! He costed the taxpayer $165,000 for his questionable leg sweep with a guy in handcuffs! He might have been an honorable deputy outside of this incident. However, one bad decision can tarnish your career! It’s unfortunate he decided to be unnecessary aggressive with that scumbag!

You may want to review our use of force policy. Specifically the one where it sights examples of the resistance... like pulling away. Once you find that level of resistance then you can take a look at the appropriate response's... like a leg sweep. It's in policy. Jenkins also didn't break anyone's leg. Jenkins reinjured a pre existing injury. The suspect also served months in jail for resisting Jenkins that day (extremely rare on misdemeanor cases). The second "unknown" cell phone video was introduced in his hearing as evidence by the defense attorney and backfired on them, only proving the suspect/criminal was indeed resisting Jenkins, according the Judge presiding over the case. Facts matter and its clear you are in the dark on the facts. Guess you didn't read these in the newspaper? Guess you also didn't reach out directly to Jenkins like you were asked to by another poster? Weird.

Jenkins' use of force expert is a co-author on the high liabilities text book taught to student in the "academy" (know to those in law enforcement as BLE). The expert actually wrote the literature and demonstrates in photos how to perform the leg sweep in the text book. Do you always take out of your a$$?

Constantly suggesting I meet with Jenkins to get clarification is downright “weird” in itself! It’s something a creepy perverted sexual stalker would keep recommending! Why don’t you meet with Henry and find out if Jenkins’ low ball settlement was in relation to Henry’s obese COPD medical spells? You’ve also been talking to other people weirdo! I haven’t been on here all evening you twat!
I am also waiting for you to cite the use of force policy Jenkins was authorized to use with a person in handcuffs; since you’re a department and defense tactics expert! No one is disputing the guy was a dirtbag and resisting! We’re questioning if the use of force was proper for someone already in restraints. What’s “backfired” is Jenkins taking a low ball settlement offer and the county paying $165,000 settlement to the scumbag! It seems like the criminal to the county to the cleaners!
Keep trying to spin the narrative Chester! You do it with yourself and now you’re frustrated you have another glowing trophy over at ABC! Chitwood might be a moron, however, he’s an employed moron that still has his job; a real job unlike you and your fake sissy writers cramp disability and your cohorts!
