    What’s management rights? Who put it in the contract?

    I keep hearing about how powerful it is and we can’t fight it. What is it and how are they using it to push rules on us?

    Management right has been in every contract since the first one. It give the city the “management right” to change things that the contract does not specifically address. Example if they decide to go back to six shooters they can, Erickson radios vs Motorola radios.

    So gps is management rights? No interview for applying to positions management rights?
