Oh Bullshit. The entire reason that deputies "resign while under investigation" is because it stops the investigation. if they don't work there anymore, there is no IA needed. At least that's Bob's excuse.

It stops the IA investigation on the individual who resigned (unless it is a criminal investigation) but others may be involved so more heads might roll. Stay tuned!

True, but the IA on SG is over, done, finished and the "memo" has been publically released stating as much. So HIS invest is closed. Bobby should not release a "resigned under investigation" without also releasing what he was being investigated for.

The Sheriff is transparent but last I checked he doesn’t post AID information on LeoAffairs.com. Just because you aren’t getting the information you want here doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. 10750 Ulmerton Road Largo, FL. Go to the front desk and ask to see a sergeant from AID to review a file. Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. Idiot.

Transparent??? The state statute says they are public record. If he was transparent he would post in the Internet and not just do what he is required by law to do.

Agreed, and the Sunshine Law requires such transparency and full disclosure from public officials and elected politicians. If Bob could extract some political gain from this incident and resignation he'd have done a press release so he could be on TV. But he did not do it so that means whatever happened was serious enough to warrant termination and it was embarrassing to the administration.

Easy solution. Go ask to read the file. Stop whining about it and go ask to see it. Too difficult?
