I think he handed out study material for the promotional testing last year. Seeing how the list is good for two years he does something every other year. Seems worth his salary.

Well to add to The Chiefs new improved big salary they added $500 a year for working out (Gym membership). I doubt that's going to happen. Him and Peppermint will probably use that money for bar hopping. After drinking they can ride doubles on Peppermints motorcycle.
