Carmine Marceno refuses to answer questions about his improper relationship with a crime victim, refuses to answer questions about threatening his pregnant girlfriend, then Carmine Marceno refuses to talk with a Fox 4 reporter about falsifying his application to serve as a Deputy - illegally serving as a Deputy for 17 years.

To all the Carmine Cronies who regularly post on these LEO affairs pages. What is Carmine Marceno hiding? He refuses to discuss the Paternity Suit and related allegations. Carmine Marceno refuses to discuss falsifying his Deputy application to Fox 4 News. If Carmine Marceno does not have something to hide, why won't he talk with the News-Press or Fox 4? I even read Carmine Marceno refused to talk with the Washington Standard online newspaper.

When an appointed official refuses to speak with the media, when the media asks legitimate questions, it means that official is guilty and corrupt.

Jim Jim Dumb Dumb...…...It's so sad you can't answer the questions after 30 years of "alleged honorable service". It's why you REALLY never rose to the REAL rank of major. It's understandable why you ask such naïve questions when, not only can't you get signatures to get on the ballot by now, why you've only raised an embarrassing laughable amount of money (most from you), and why you have virtually NO support within the agency or the public.

The Fox 4 is a joke as is the 3 minute blip of a story. FDLE has determined HE IS certified and, no matter how many inquiries or letters you write, the story merits no recognition and ANY political expert worth their salt will say to say I have no further comment and refer any questions to FDLE who concluded he is certified and went on years of service. NOBODY cares about the Deanna story except you and your 1950s white is right Lee County that's changed and there's more information tying **** Spence, a.k.a., Leavens camp, to setting the situation up which makes the exploitation, manipulation, and utilization of the issue of abortion make you and Spence look like monsters.

But lets follow the Leavens Loser Logic and Experience Matters Theory:
1) Jim, why do you want to be the sheriff of Lee County when you haven't lived, voted, or paid taxes there since 1987?

2) Jim, how can you explain running against the previous sheriff after he refused to promote you to a real major and then why have all those supporters who supported Fisher turned against you? How do you see your campaign winning when your not nearly as popular or organized as the Fisher campaign?

3) Jim, why is there widespread allegations and discussion of you being racist and homophobic? Many of the stories are discussed by seasoned employees who worked with and knew you. If you deny the allegations how do you explain your support of so many former racist employees and retirees who openly and publicly support things such as the Robert E Lee bust and painting, Confederate pride, and affiliations with openly questionable clergy? What's your message to the minority community? Why haven't you addressed ONE SINGLE issue related to this?

4) Jim, why did you and Di@# Spence exploit, manipulate, and utilize an alleged victim who was allegedly in a personal relationship with the sheriff and then exploit very private, deeply personal issues that you became personally involved in? Do you realize this offends much of the agency and public who've even hear of it(maybe 8%) and your ties and discussion over the matter show you direct involvement.

Furthermore, how can you explain going further and exploiting the mother over the tragic overdose of her son? You hypocritically used your position as a hospital security guard to politicize A REAL VICTIM which angered and alienated the same major crimes unit you say you worked so long for.

Answer your own questions Mr. Leavens before you feel your entitled to question others.

There have been deputies who have been charged with improper conduct for improper relationships wit crime victims, hell someone go a 119 request and see, the good sheriff violated this policy and there is a least one female with the LCSO who has a story to tell about the good sheriff

Because they believe running a smear campaign will work. It’s working backwards, he received another $26,000 after the FOX 4 report. Everyone can see right through the political agendas of Leavens and his disgruntles. Leavens is officially $150 in the negative and just quit his security guard job before being fired! Keep holding everything back Sheriff and only release it if you need too, the treasure chest continues to grow if needed.
