    FDLE Gravy Train

How greedy can FDLE get over background check fees? The "questionable" fees were collected going back 4 years... so that would be the Swearingen administration.

This line in the article pretty much says it all: "When law enforcers become law breakers the public trust is eroded and action is necessary."

This is what happens when agencies think they're above the law.

Swearingen is a JOKE and should have never been Commissioner in the first place. If ever there was nepotism in Government, the Governor giving Rick this position is as corrupt as it gets.

So what's the problem now? This dipshit thinks he actually is a good Commissioner. LMAO.

    How romantic.

"In his first two years in office, Gov. Rick Scott became so friendly with bodyguard Rick Swearingen, that when Swearingen’s duty ended as special agent in charge of protecting the governor, Scott kept him on for plum assignments — trips to Paris, Japan and the college football championship."
