    How greedy can FDLE get over background check fees? The "questionable" fees were collected going back 4 years... so that would be the Swearingen administration.

    This line in the article pretty much says it all: "When law enforcers become law breakers the public trust is eroded and action is necessary."

    This is what happens when agencies think they're above the law.

    Swearingen is a JOKE and should have never been Commissioner in the first place. If ever there was nepotism in Government, the Governor giving Rick this position is as corrupt as it gets.

    So what's the problem now? This dipshit thinks he actually is a good Commissioner. LMAO.
