Black Officer Unlawfully Fired by Director Juan Perez
Why did Director Perez allow Lieutenant Alan Jenkins violate Officer Debbe Louissaint DUE PROCESS RIGHTS.
He conducted an illegal investigation and got her fired.

Best learn the art of appealing your dismissal; every employee has a right to it. Generally the odds are 50 - 50 you could get your job back; depending on the evidence against you. Should you prevail, you may get your job back, providing Gimenez ignores the Hearing Examiner's finding and fires you anyway. Then your recourse lies with Florida's 11th Judicial Circuit.

Shooting was good but panel headed by major cummings was illogical and found it a bad shoot. Her chain of command disagreed with panel and sent back but they refused to change and the director failed to act
Even if represented by pba it wouldnt matter she did use plea and dan fought back getting the director to rescind the termination fir a giid shoot

Lieutenant Alan Jenkins Unlawful Investigation
You must follow the rules and laws when you discipline any officer. Lieutenant Jenkins did not follow the rules.
He got Officer Debbe Louissaint Janac fired by violating Due Process.
Director Perez signed off on it. When she used PLEA they got rid of her membership after she filed DISCRIMINATION CHARGES AGAINST MDPD.
