Current Department Head Gary Palmer has been covering up his command staff exotic behavior which if correct he may also be a willing partner. When visitors, attorneys and other law enforcement plead for a white professional supervisor for help, indicating that all they've spoken to are rude ghetto rat turds, there is a huge problem. A cultural head-wag with a condescending, tooth sucking response to anything is not acceptable from a public servant, but leadership there could care less. Too busy breading like rabbits. Sure wish the public would be more vocal about their dissatisfaction as its impossible for the few whites left to address the issue.
