Uh, duh, Hildreth’s lawsuit was a joke. She claimed she was more qualified than all her supervisors and the EEOC determined otherwise. Plus she didn’t mention her little boy toy that she tried to hide, in violation of policy. She’s been a captain since Spaulding took over and will stay a captain. The academy isn’t “ruined”, it’s just a boring place to work if you want to be a real cop. Sorta like the saying “those who can do and those who can’t, teach”.
