If there’s a threat on a Broward School campus, BSO can now see it in real time

    Ha!

Did you see Nervous Nellie Runcie and Ride the Fence Udine standing behind Tony this morning? Did he already know that his beloved $$$$$$$PROMISE program is getting the axe? The Israel campaign is behind in believing that voters of the opposition are stuck on MSD. They're not. They're not budging on one issue: PROMISE. That's the deal breaker. If Israel wants a second chance, this is his opportunity to take on Runcie, Osgood, and turn this ship around by stopping this juvenile leniency nonsense. Admit that it was the disaster that it was; a failed experiment. You can go on all day about how PROMISE was unrelated to MSD; but it's the ideology that is repellent; not the event. If he doesn't have the balz, then he needs to step aside. Any MF who can oust Runcie and that police hating Osgood out of Broward politics will be respected. The one RESPECTED will win the primary. At the end of the day, voters will vote for safety. Grab a glove and get in the game. Let's fix this mess.

I dont disagree. But just to clarify. PROMIS is the lovechild of the school board. They wrote it up, lobbied publicly and extensively for it, and once it looked like its what EVERYONE (school board, citizens, parents, judiciary..) wanted, the sheriff signed it. That's pretty much what Scott Israels involvement was with PROMIS. If you want detailed information, ask Al Pollock as he was the one that sat through the year of meetings, ultimately giving his endorsement of PROMIS to Israel. Just to be clear. I'm not disputing that Israel signed it. But its being talked about like it was conceived and signed only by him. Not true. PROMIS kept everyone out of their business which was always a bone of contention with Israel, Pollock and the Chiefs. It was a secret society unknown to law enforcement. Now that it blew up in their faces, they all have a case of the dumb-asses, and fail to correct anyone that says PROMIS was Israels creation. All of those nasty school board liars know better. Verify this through any city as well as BSO. Folks are confusing PROMIS with the juvenile civil citation program that Israel and most of the law enforcement community embraced. They are two quite different things. Just wanted to clarify...

Hey Gunzberger. You can chime in any time.

If anyone thinks that this wasnt very much in play before drive up Temporary took credit for it, they need to rethink the process.

The problem with Temporary publicly shouting from the mountaintop that we now monitor 10,000 cameras is that the public will have no sympathy should response to anything not be flawless. Temporary is digging his grave early.
He better pray for perfection for a year....

Good post. However, SI's failure to push back against the "secret society" before MSD, after MSD and presently has made him look weaker than weak. Had he been tuned in, he would have known that there was enough dirt between Westglades and MSD prior to Feb. 2018 for him to have said " The school administration HID felonies from LE" The optics of his continued allegiance with the AA churches and SBBC make him appear to be a slapped around biotch of the Broward School Board; under the thumb of Rozzy O. She clarified that point in a school board meeting recently which does not do Israel any favors. That's not what a leader looks like.

Also, the only parents who knew about PROMIS, wanted PROMISE and voted on PROMIS were the parents of kids in trouble. Yes, liberals are exasperating with their ideas about gender identity and many other idiotic and ridiculous issues, but wrong to point blame at MSD parents for promoting PROMIS. They had never heard of this program. Their kids were not of that demographic. District #5 where Osgood rules, is the PROMIS-Land. Let's see what Israel does. If his tactic is to try to take out Tony with a strategy of LE "experience" or dredge up scandalous incidents of his past, this will backfire in the same way that Lamberti's youtube abortion video did in 2016.

As much as we all know about what happened at MSD nothing is perfect and Temp and whoever will realize that. It's never a plan to have our children dropped of for a school day and have a syco end up at the school and comment murder. As the Senator for Florida stated it was the FBI to blame. We do not blame Israel for this tragedy at all. Unfortunately we have to deal with the issues brought forward to us now. Pay more taxes and hire more Police at each school. Not one but min two per school. We can also hole parents responsible.
