Wtf is going on here? Who’s making decisions upstairs these days? City Manager needs to get a new Chief in here like yesterday! He is making stupid decisions-
Promoted an idiot JC after demoting JV. Then JC running traffic homicide? He hasn’t ever conducted a TH investigation? Then AP who was a hard worker out for LR? 40over/40under, oh we will win any case he touches! Then KH who was one of the top producers in traffic thrown out and PH (laziest cop with a bad attitude) in? You know how it is here- KH was friends with LB so that’s why he met his fate. The things that happen here are unbelievable. YR is running this place. That snake finally made it upstairs and is telling the chief what to do. How fast the Chief forgot all of YR’s attempts to take him down. YR makes sure to have his hand in everything here so he always knows what’s going on. Wonder if his wife knows about his rendezvous with the dispatcher that he just went out of town with and all the partying that went on up there. All things done in the dark ALWAYS come to the light-it’s just a matter of time. Chief what you don’t know is YR is always talking crap about your leadership and backdooring everything you do to make him look like the good guy. Keep trusting him and your days will be numbered. Hopefully BR wins the council seat and he can be reunited with YR and BG and take the Chief down together as they have been plotting to do for a long time.

True that! Especially knowing that the PBA has been nurtured and is weak. The chief won’t get any backlash. Until he’s gone we will continue to work in this oppressive place

What’s sad is this place is falling apart and they are passing out positions from a hat. We are in self destruct mode. The City manager needs to get involved and find out why things are being done different. Not to mention people are being punished and kicked out of units for no reason.

City manager don’t care he is to busy trying to make his great exit before that monstrosity on the corner opens and flops as predicted. He has made his money off the city. He has put on his little propaganda films and slide shows and he will be sliding on out of here.......

Yeap YR is nothing more than a huge joke. Chief must have forgotten all the stuff YR has done in the past including supporting BR and EH in their plot that failed because they are both Liars!!! Worst thing Chief ever could have done was promote that idiot along with JC - what our department is coming to is sad both of them are nothing but snakes. At least the Chief has GW supporting him but he needs to take over the chair in the Chiefs office from YR and bring the Chief back to his senses before YR hurts him more. But in disagreement about BR and EH being liars, BR won the lawsuit(whistleblower) so there had to be truth to it especially after watching the depo of the Chief admitting to signing forged and back dated documents orchestrated by the two biggest mistakes he ever promoted. As far as EH if she had been lying than BR wouldn’t have won the big $$$$$$ and the Chief could have easily fired her for lying, but he couldn’t and didn’t. That entire fiasco started with the two biggest mistakes he ever made MK and TA, thats where the down hill spiral of this department began and hasn’t stopped since. Can’t wait to get out of here, not much longer. But again your right “truly sad” we are all under tyranny.

But in disagreement about BR and EH being liars, BR won the lawsuit(whistleblower) so there had to be truth to it especially after watching the depo of the Chief admitting to signing forged and back dated documents orchestrated by the two biggest mistakes he ever promoted. Food for thought, EH admitted under oath with immunity too numerous felonies relating to doctored documents in IA. A condition of her immunity was as follows, if she were to have been caught in a lie she would not only be charged with her crimes committed in IA but she would be charged with Perjury.

She was never charged with anything and more importantly, she was never disciplined. She confessed to felony crimes committed at work and never received as much as a letter in her file, or a mention in her performance evaluations. There is a solid legal reason for this; the city attorneys would not allow her to receive as much as a sticky note in her file. That would have triggered a legal disaster for the city.

As far as BR feel free to ask him to see the check stub, he was fully compensated and has the settlement agreement along with payment as proof.
