This type of problem can not be fixed by the Police. Thee voters and the inhabitants of some areas of St Petersburg caused these problems. Only they can fix this. As long as they mock the law and demonize those who see the value in a society which is founded on law and order, they can expect more squalor, violence, poverty, terror and overall rejection by the surrounding communities. They deserve the suffering misery they get from their apathy and crappy attitudes towards a society which has been trying to help them for generations. Finding others to blame their lack of values has got them where they are and throwing money and slogans won't bring back the dead, it won't lower crime and it won't bring a different result. Time to try something else, liberals haven't got much to show. But, they LOVE black people! Well, they love the black vote anyway, that's all that counts is votes and power.
