We are astounded!
The entire LCSO promotion system is rigged ( politics).
Do not risk your butts with high risk activity. Let the ass kissers get hurt.
Answer calls but forget proactive activities.
District Captains take the praise NOT you.
Wise up. Public hates you. Administration sacrifices you.

If you mean rigged because people who got a 50 and didn't study passed, then yeah. Nothing but the best of the best...lol. Pathetic. You can tell the difference between those who actually took it seriously and studied and those who knew they would squeak by because of who they were. Can someone explain how one can't be a detective because they can't pass the detective's test, yet they are somehow qualified to be a Sergeant? Unreal, such high standards for LCSO!

You’ll know who did well when you see who all of a sudden starts donating 1,000 to the campaign fund.

Keep It Simple Stupid
Any half a retard knows it's smart to write a check for any amount in your name to the political entity you work for or are affiliated with. Been that way since Florida was settled and will be that way when your in the ground. If you haven't figured that simple fact out then you will always be on websites like this bellyaching why smarter people than you got promoted or you'll join a band of former disgruntled equally dense retirees who constantly lament over people smarter than them that outranked and achieved what they couldn't.

Donations
Score of 50% PLUS donation to “Sheriff No Comment” equals promotions. Ta-da!!
Isn’t there something in the policy about conduct unbecoming an officer?
