The Catch and Reelease Program is working just fine

How many times was this one recycled through the "Hug a Thug" program or the SAO no files?

It's time to organize that march led by Sharpton and Jackson and the church leaders to stop the gun violence in the South Side. This way repeat offenders who are let loose by the spineless justice system, like Terrian Javon Knight, can't have access to guns to commit more gun crimes. It's not his fault that guns are so readily available, he was trying to turn his life around when criminal temptation overcame him.

Just goes to show, you can only arrest them AFTER they shoot someone.

Catch and release is an understatement. Dozens of burglaries and weapon offenses and you guys can't put him away for a while? Now a cashier has been shot because of your bullshit city policies. How many home invasions and burglaries does one have to do to get taken off the streets?

Perhaps you should look to your black politicians and ministers for help. If these suspects had jobs they wouldnt be doing the things they are doing. There is no outcry from any of these black leaders to make changes within their race. Until that happens, the daily carnage will continue. Unfortunately, unity based on skin color is more important than the conduct of many within the black race.

Yeah that's it, they really want jobs..... They want to get up early every day, and be told what to do till it's quitting time...That's some pretty funny sh!t right there.... Obviously, you really have no clue about the criminal mindset...

I take it this is an attempt at sarcastic humor because the suspects/criminals who commit these crimes and are caught and released have no intention of working regular jobs in the traditional sense. Or any other jobs for that matter aside from theft and selling drugs.

The self appointed "black leaders" or "community organizers" are only interested in making money and keeping themselves in the news to make more money. They are expert shakedown artists. They promote the victim mentality and class warfare in the black communities to keep themselves relevant and blame others for the lack of moral values which have destroyed the black family unit. That is how these criminals are bred, trained and rotated through the criminal justice system.

Yes it was sarcastic.........these predators will tell you "why would I work for 8 dollars a hr" when I can make hundreds if not thousands a day, slinging dope etc. Almost no successful black lives any where near these high crime areas. See the dirty little secret is the black middle class.....is thriving. They enjoy all the benefits of minority admissions, loans, and are in high demand by business wishing to keep their minority employee numbers up. The older people that live in these war zones are stuck there due limited income, alot of these people are living on social security, and probably worked all the lives in jobs that had no retirement benefits. The rest of the people living in these war zones are single black females with multiple children. These single mothers are to busy having children to keep up with all of them, so when the kid gets old enough to hang in the street, he does. These kids have no supervision, structure, and as a result turn to crime in lieu of working, and absolutely nothing will change.
