It is being brought up by some dirtbag who was severely butthurt and needs a good supply of tampons. He thinks all "ummmm COPS " that disagree with him are corrupt, bootlickers, hemmroid soothers, etc.

I don't agree with how Haines was babied by Hall, and we all know that Hall was big daddy to him. But we are talking about something that happened several years ago when Bob was a LT.
