    Code of Ethics

Each of us were made to sign Haines’s code of ethics form in powerdms committing that we would adhere to them or be terminated. Are staff members exempt from this code? Why hasn’t that Capt. been terminated for obvious violations of the code? Will there be a cover up?

Where’s Jimmie Staley when you need her?

Sounds like you’ve had your feelings hurt. It’s also obvious you’re not a Deputy. If you were, you would know there’s a process involved.

That’s the funniest thing I’ve heard in a while. Haines and Morgan and a few others such as fffforte have given inconsistent testimony in depositions involving the Montoya lawsuit and certain completed IA’s This is all public record. Have either of them had to account for their violations of their code of ethics policy? Have any of them had to answer to that? Have any of them had to go thru that process? No. Not yet. One can only hope that someone steps in and saves this agency because it’s sinking fast.
