You had a subject using active physical resistance, he got three quick blows to gain compliance and it worked. If the PBA doesn't stand behind him they need to be outed as the collective bargaining unit. Seriously. Come on George... Do something.

    This should have never made it to a full blown investigation. This department has a serious lack of leadership when it comes to disciplining its officers and it shows in Tony's track record of losing in arbitration.
    Official Response from PBA: "Unless you are related to George, just take the discipline as there is nothing we can do for you."

    The exact quote during my PBA meeting before my board. “Just admit to everything it’s easier and then they can’t get you for lying.” That’s what we you’re paying PBA for. Leave immediately and quit giving them you’re money. They are literally worthless.
