It's obvious from the video that the suspect was compliant, the use of force was not needed. This makes it a battery.

Not obvious at all, RC was calm as a cucumber walking up on the dindo nuffin until he pushed up off the ground and the rest played out for you to Monday morning quarterback.

I wonder if the OP knows that when you share a video from a Google drive, other people can see exactly who posted it. Who is jennifer Dawkins?

The same mob of scum that shot a cop a few months ago. I bet he was "fleeing a beating" as well right? St pete is out of control and the chief sent a clear and concise message that the behavior of these criminals will be tolerated. Theyre so terrified of another riot that they will sit back and let the community be preyed upon by car thieves and drug traffickers.

Thats all well and good. That city voted for the policy by voting in a mayor that will implement it. But the rest of us in the county would prefer that your garbage stay within your city limits. The reality is theyre coming into other municipalities to steal their cars and peddle their poison in our communities.

    Time for a metropolitan agency.

I’m not sure, but most definitely a liberal, who has never walked in our boots.

More of a boxing really. Little wide on the hooks and telegraphing the punch, but overall great BOXING form.

Some knee and elbow strikes should have been mixed in to confuse the aggressive suspect who was fighting them. It looked like a Pier 6 brawl.

No, Chief Holloway is held responsible by the Mayor and City Council. Sheriff Gualtieri is not held responsible by anyone so he can do as he pleases. This is why Chief Holloway did his job but Sheriff Gualtieri did not. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
