We sure are! Why should we not? What do we benefit from helping them cover these issues up? With no one knowing how short handed we truly are and how far back on the burner we “bottom feeders” are? Help cover up the fact that there are two parallel careers here? The gravy train reserved for the select few and the skeleton crews doing the work while so many kick back and rake in the dough. I though this forum was not a threat and no one cared? Seems you do.

The revelations you make on this website are read by agents who are investigating the working conditions you describe. When the investigation is complete, the report will be revealed at a press conference. All of the concerned citizens will march on the SOC and demand you are treated properly and the sheriff run the agency in the manner you have deemed to be correct. Your words will be like a pebble dropped into a pool that caused ripples of change. Thanks for doing the heavy lifting, soldier.
Alternately, the public may read the report and see that you’re spoiled, overpaid cry babies who need a pay cut.

You were saying? Bid came and went. No mid shift still and even LESS deputies per squad than when patrol was divided into five districts. Things are getting worse. All while new businesses, apartment complexes, neighborhoods, and schools keep on getting built. Plus a new admin department with a while lot of brass. Nice job HCSO.
