FLAIR, the only place in the state where they make policy as they go. The great hidden policy manual that no one has ever seen.

It changes depending if they want to take that one case per year or not. The great technical advisors that make an extra 2k a year and are always on extended leave. SMH

Is there one incident where they actually came out while on call? They are paid on call yet I have never seen them actually respond while on call. A District Guy/Gal responds and does all the scene work and then FLAIR *****es that it wasn't done to their standard.

Ft Myers Flair, the secret service FLAIR team, never to he seen. Their Sgt is the same way, try calling them on a weekend, voicemail. When a case come in they pull their magic policy, if its not 10 or more dead bodies then it's not a FLAIR case.

FLAIR is the most elite of the elite. They are like the Delta Force of THI. If Chuck Norris was in THI, he would aspire to one day be lucky enough to maybe get a chance to speak to a FLAIR investigator. One of these days, the perfect CMV case will come along that will allow them to show you how elite they are. Don’t you dare question their eliteness. Until then, you District pukes can work the low profile cases like DUI Manslaughter, Veh Hom, Murder, Fatal Hit and Runs etc. Leave the important dump truck fatals to the elitiest of the elite, aka FLAIR.

    It has to be bad

It has to be bad when the district kicked out the Pasco HOMICIDE investigator and FLAIR took him instead of firing him like they should. Now he be messing with other cops acting like he some elite investigator sent to investigate other officers. He’s a worthless object taking space in this agency. Now FLAIR has to clean his mess.

I'm not sure how they would even work the dump truck fatal. I heard that all the FLAIR members schedueled to attend the last CMV THI class called in sick.

Trooper Carissa has been named to FLAIR out of Pasco. How can they do that?
