The return of Bejar and Columbano
So now all should know, Bajar is returning as deputy Chief with serious job security for one year. Columbano is returning as a part timer with the same type of job security as a union employee. Guaranteed DB! Neither Collins nor McCready were considered for the DC position cause Noriega thinks low of them both. I guess we’re a Miami Beach dumpling ground. Man that vote can’t come soon enough.

Great news
A warm welcome to both! They were both illegally let go by the previous cabal of the Escobar clan.

The A Team
I also agree to bring these two back and give them crazy contracts. We didnt support the mayor for nothing. Sure I will give up a raise, getting equality in the ranks and other benefits. That can wait til next contract. The most important thing was to take care of our lieutenants.

Fop blunder
So the current union in place (The FOP) drops the ball once again, allowing the PD to staff high priced employees without consideration for the upcoming contract with the city. The city will use this to cuts benefits or offer less raises for the cops. Nice move FOP, you guys are incompetent and inept before the first negotiations meeting with the city. Are any FOP members paying attention to what’s really going on and how sinister this administration really is, how they are tactically aligning the cards against the road patrol officers. Wake up dingleberries, the FOP works for the chief of police who is a friend with the state president of the FOP and they worked together at the MBPD. They run the FOP and they will wipe their behinds with all of you. There will be no representation if you get in trouble. Look at what happened to RM and FP, this can be you in a heartbeat. All the good guys are getting written-up for BS stuff, coincidence? Ah no. They are PBA members who are committed to equality and serving this community without having to look behind their backs 24/7 You guys should do the right thing and vote for the PBA. I’m told It’s a hostile work environment already and it will get worse if the FOP stays in North Bay Village. Doing this for over 35 has taught me one thing, you stand side by side with the guys next to you, not the guys upstairs. Good luck.

Bunch of Losers
Of course the two Lt's were not even thought about as a DC. They are weak and useless, just like Ceasers 5 head. Join the FOP or not have any representation at all, really? There's no representation with the FOP now! You wait and see what happens if we keep the FOP here, NO REPRESENTATION if you get in a jam.

Best advice the newbs can follow is to stay out of the vote all together. Remaining neutral is a great way to avoid being labeled by FOP power team as not team players. Mcdrunky and company have all ready given the two newest their marching orders and he’s put the bad mouth on a few PBA folks. His MO for sure. Noriega will stay out of it unless a PBAer starts selling the PBA to the new guys. Then he’ll use his chief power. It’s a sad state of affairs.

Everyone Vote!
Telling the new people not to get involved is sad. Its their future! Votes are secret ballots, no reason for them to worry about picking sides. They both have been cops before. Both had PBA. If they vote FOP there must be a reason and it’s not your business!
