It is sad and funny at the same time, but what that ex employee was quoted saying on his way out was extremely powerful. In just a few short words. A topic that has been researched time and time again. A great article was posted in Forbes magazine regarding this very thing. What it takes to keep employees from quitting and keep them happy. That employee didn't mention money or benefits for his reason for leaving and going to TIAPD. In fact he or she took a pay cut....
That employee mentioned career advancement only on his way out... Meaning promotion, progress, reward, positive reinforcement, and goals to work towards. To build a career and grow. To learn and advance.
If you think Im wrong, name one person that has left TIAPD to come here. Thats the ultimate test.

I can’t wait when this diverse crapola takes a nose dive and disappears! All the real cops will be either retired or with another agency! Following flavor of the year trends is not a gamble you want to take in Law Enforcement. But hey Chads got “Big Daddy DeBartola “ covering his six🤨

Diversity is never going away now that it’s finally arrived. This is the new normal. The time of the racist cop has ended and a new era is being ushered in by the leadership. You should thank them for dragging you out of the dark ages and into modern times. Every agency in America is going in this direction and it’ll not be stopped by some throwback idiots wishing for the good old days when they could be openly racist. You can no longer discriminate against women, gays, and people of color for promotions. So STFU and quit if you don’t like it. The real professional law enforcement officers LOVE it!

Yup. The racial discrimination continues. Its just now in reverse. You can work hard for a very long time, but not make it anywhere for being a white male and get bumped by a less qualified person due to their race. Performance means nothing. At least the perky bubbly blond white females, like we very often see, can start screwing a Sgt or above and progress that way. For us John Smiths, we are the worker bee drones.

There is no way the STFU and QUIT guy is a deputy. Nobody officer talks like that. Cops offer clear rebuttals backed by proof not emotion based insults. He is either an applicant / past applicant that still believes in the false fairytale that this job uses to lure people to apply, or he was hired but did not make it long enough to see things for what they are, or a fast tracker. Which means he never learned all in the same. No matter the insults, things are still the the way they are here. Notice he offers no detailed or even general info or any attempt to offer a rebuttal to what we post. When we say we are short handed, he offers no numbers proving the opposite. It can easily be done with a simple roster check or MDT check to see if we are lying. The very few company deputies I know simply stay quiet in hopes of progress, but no one talks like the STFU and QUIT guy. He does not work here. He is no cop. He is a holster sniffer cop groupie that was forced to resign early. A submissive pre applicant ready to find an identity here to to fill the one he is missing.
